Robus RD dumper trailers (10–19 t) – heavy-duty trailers for tractors Robus RD dumper trailers are built for demanding contracting and professional use. The range covers payloads from 10 to 19 tonnes and suits earthmoving, snow transport, grain hauling, property maintenance and infrastructure work. Smaller Robus trailers are also available for excavator use. The pressed U-shaped body improves torsional rigidity and helps the load release cleanly. RD13-08 and RD16-10 stock models use 6 mm structural steel, while the compact RD10-07 uses 5 mm steel. RD19-10 comes standard with a Hardox body, 6 mm bottom and 5 mm sides. Optim and Hardox bodies are also available for other models as factory options. Hardox bodies are always at least 5/6 mm (sides/bottom) – material thickness is not reduced at the expense of durability. Production uses laser-cut components and robotic welding. The trailers are blasted before a two-component polyurethane paint system is applied. Standard colour is dark grey RAL 7021.
