BO-2500 pellet and compound feed cooler. How it works: The pellets are loaded into the BO-2500 cooler hopper using a belt conveyor. A special gate located on the top cover of the BO-2500 hopper throws the pellets into the inner container, ensuring that no air is sucked in through the filling slot. Pipes for connecting the exhaust system are located at the extreme points of the upper cover of the hopper. Since the lower part of the hopper is equipped with special openings for air inflow from the outside, the exhaust system creates a low-pressure zone and ensures effective circulation of air flows inside the container. The hottest granules enter the upper part of the cooler and, as they are thrown into the lower part of the container, lose their temperature in the process of being blown by the air mass. A mini belt conveyor is installed at the outlet of the hopper, which allows the cooled granules to be unloaded. Product characteristics: 1.
