Metalika Concrete block making machine

VP-5DSH is a mobile hydraulic mechanical vibrating press for the production of blocks for masonry, which leaves the made elements on a concrete substrate (mobile press for concrete blocks). The concrete application to the machine is carried out by means of a forklift, and the dosing of the concrete into the mold is by hand. The machine has a concrete bin with manual deflection. The elements are formed in the mold under the vibrations of the camshaft mounted camshaft and the engine is mounted on the chassis. The machine has a hydraulic aggregate which is used for the hydraulic start of the machine and for lifting the mold. VP-5 DSH produces concrete blocks, concrete chimneys, different sizes.
