Mechanical Sawdust Briquetting Press BriqTech Series – Model BT-070-800Max – 55 kW A mechanical briquetting press for sawdust, recognized for its durability, reliability and excellent performance in sawdust briquette production. It is an ideal solution for optimizing the production process and obtaining high-quality biomass briquettes. Raw Material Homogenization Hopper Capacity: 3 m³ The homogenization hopper ensures a constant supply of raw material, excellent homogenization and a uniform material flow, providing continuous and uninterrupted operation of the briquetting process. Sawdust Drying System Option 1: Rotary Sawdust Dryer SPB-10 Option 2: Aerodynamic Sawdust Dryer DAD-0.6-1.2 The drying system reduces the moisture content of the raw material by up to 50%, with an electrical power consumption of approximately 20–25 kW. It is designed to optimize the drying process and ensure suitable raw material moisture before briquetting. Forestry Branch Chipping System RK-2.1 Forestry Branch Chipping Complex – 45/55 kW A robust system designed for the processing and chipping of branches and forestry materials, preparing the raw material for further processing into ecological biomass briquettes. Energy Efficiency The electrical consumption of the line is optimized to operate at approximately 50% of the total installed power, ensuring reduced operating costs and improved energy efficiency. Warranty Manufacturer's warranty: 24 months from the commissioning of the complete sawdust briquetting line. Electrical Grounding and Safety The grounding of the individual machine or the complete briquetting line must be carried out in accordance with the applicable electrical safety regulations, technical standards and legislation in force. The grounding system must be properly designed, dimensioned and tested to ensure a suitable earth resistance in accordance with the applicable requirements, such as I7/2011 and SR EN 60204-1, ensuring personnel protection and the safe operation of the equipment.
